Hello, my name is Tara and I live in Vermont. Since I was a girl I have been drawn to new mothers. When I was 5 years old, I would walk my neighborhood looking for pink and blue balloons signaling a baby’s arrival. I knocked on the door and give them a mother’s helper card saying I charged .25 cents an hour

 

My mother ran a home day care and I loved to care for the smallest of babies. When I was 6 and 9, I watched my sister and brother be born at home … my job was to cut the umbilical cord!

 

I am also a Therapeutic Nutrition Consultant and believe in the healing power of traditional foods; the idea of consuming placenta in capsule form makes perfect sense to me as a sound way to replenish the new mother after the arduous work of growing a baby inside of her body and then giving birth. I am delighted to bring hormonal balance to new mothers throughout Vermont and Upper Valley, New Hampshire.
