Hello, I am a DONA trained birth Doula, wife and mother of two handsome boys. When I became pregnant with my first son, I learned about doulas and the benefits they could bring to pregnant and labouring mothers. Unfortunately, there were no doulas in my town, so after the birth of my son, I began researching how to become one.

A year later I took the DONA Doula course and became a birth Doula! I then took an 18 hour Breastfeeding course through Douglas College. During my second pregnancy I heard about placenta encapsulation and its benefits. Once again, no one in my town (or region) provided these services.

So after the birth of my second son, I went back to school and became a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist®! I am so excited to be providing these wonderful services to women in the Peace Region, and I can't wait to hear from you!
