I am a birth doula and PBi Trained Placenta Encapsulation Specialist®. I was born and raised in Fort McMurray and have now lived here for over 30 years. I have been with my husband for 15 years and we have 2 beautiful children.

I am a firm believer in traditional chinese medicine and am very excited to be able to offer this local service to our northern community. I love that I am able to help moms avoid the baby blues as much as possible with placenta encapsulation.
