Debra is Directress of Prenatal Plus - Yoga, Inc. which is based in Miami, Florida. A certified yoga teacher with the National Yoga Alliance with 20 years of experience in teaching fitness.

Debra regularly hosts Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainings, postpartum doula trainings and is a member of ICEA - International Childbirth Education Association. A certified childbirth educator with the HypnoBirthing Institute, teaching classes in hypnobirthing, basic Lamaze and Happiest Baby on the Block as taught by Dr. Harvey Karp. Infant massage practitioner and professional labor, birth and postpartum companion (doula).

Providing holistic doula care & services for the mommy to be during pregnancy, labor and postpartum newborn family service both day and night.  Now specialized in placental encapsulation to help mothers during their postpartum recovery feel better balance, less fatigue and happy.
