Aside from the distinguished honor of serving as a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist®, I am mom to three busy boys, one adorable daughter and wife to an amazing man. They fill my days with constant energy. Needless to say with young kiddos and an assortment of animals ranging from horses to gold fish, life at our house is never boring!

I began my birth work journey in 2009 when I attended a DONA doula training and started assisting women as a birth doula shortly after. In 2012 I became aware of the benefits of placenta encapsulation through a dear friend. I loved the idea of using something our body produced to nourishing our body. I know first hand how different I felt post partum after encapsulating my placenta compared to when I did not encapsulate.

I know how difficult the post partum time can be and am thrilled to have the ability to help moms through this by offering placenta encapsulation services.
